Main Level: Features three comfortable bedrooms (two King beds, one Twin bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, laundry facilities, and a second cozy living area with a TV.
Outdoor Living: Step outside into the spacious backyard—the ultimate spot for outdoor games, afternoon lounging, and al fresco dining.
Note: To preserve its classic coastal charm, the home does not have central heating or A/C, but the surrounding ocean provides a delightful, natural breeze that keeps the space feeling fresh and cool.

Tina’s place was gorgeous and so very comfortable. The place is large enough to accommodate families and yet at the same time I, alone with my dog, found it cozy and comfortable too. The house had everything I needed and was a beautiful place to spend time. The area was very quiet and the views from the house were amazing. I also loved the association beach just a block away.

The Space
This rustic waterfront cottage is tucked away in the peaceful marshes of East Fairhaven, offering a secluded slice of paradise for nature lovers. Dripping with authentic beach-cottage charm, this is a place to unplug, unwind, and slow down. Please note: If you are looking for high-end luxury or a modern hotel feel, this laid-back retreat might not be for you. If you love old-school coastal character, you’ll be right at home.
The marsh is your backyard—perfect for spotting local wildlife or launching your own kayak or canoe. After a day of exploring, head up to the upper deck to soak in breathtaking views of Little Bay and catch spectacular, uninterrupted sunsets.
The Layout
Main Floor: An open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, full laundry facilities, and a cozy living room with two distinct seating areas (including a streaming-ready TV).
Second Floor: Three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom (Queen) and the second bedroom (Full) both feature window A/C units, while the cozy third bedroom (Full) is equipped with a fan.
Recent Upgrades We are constantly improving the property to ensure a comfortable stay. Recent updates include a brand-new stove, new leather recliner and loveseat, a refreshed custom shower, extensive yard and road cleanup, a newly built bridge over the marsh area, and professional mosquito and tick treatment for your comfort.
Dog-Friendly! Bring your four-legged best friend along for the adventure.
Guest Access: Guests have full run of the house, except for the shed and a locked closet behind the laundry room (used for owner storage). While the owners’ personal boats are not available for guest use, we highly encourage you to bring your own kayaks or canoes to launch directly from the marsh!

iwant to state i never actually stayed here i arrived and left within 5 mintues of entry. there were several issue but the most important one was that there was water leaking from the first floor ceiling the carpet was wet and stained and the entire house smelt. it all looked like a long standing issue and im boggled by the good reviews. i never went upstairs but my husband did and the ceiling there were also damp and water stained. maybe it was a bad winter for the house but it felt straight up from a horror movie when we arrived. We were worried about fleas for our dog the ceiling dripped on my husband and we went to the nearest hotel. Hopefully the host actually goes and fixes the issue and properly cleans the home. when i called upon arrival( we were locked out) they stated they had other rentals i hope those are maintained better

We had a very good time here! I travelled from Keller, TX with my family and were easily able to find the cottage. It is very private and quiet with easy access to the private beach. The house was stocked with essentials and we absolutely enjoyed it. For the price, I’d absolutely do it again. One important recommendation for all, make sure you understand THIS IS A COTTAGE. Let it come to you and you will have a blast. For the host I’ll recommend maybe more frequent mosquito control, we were around for about a week. It is about a 50 min drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and to downtown Boston. Our only qualm was we struggled quite a bit with mosquito bites daytime and night time. Overall, we really had a great time, the host was super responsive.Thank you Tina for having us. We’d return any day.

We loved our short stay here! It was such a nice get away from the city. I loved not having to go over the bridge but still enjoying a cape vacation. We were there for a baseball tournament, so this was an amazing last minute find. Tina was very accommodating. We explored the area during the day. The rail trail is beautiful! It was nice having a washer and a well stocked kitchen.
