  • Second Floor: Three comfortable bedrooms (Primary Queen with A/C, Medium Full with A/C, and a cozy Small Full with fan) and a shared full bathroom.

  • Outdoor Living: An eight-minute stroll leads you to a private association beach.

What’s new for the 2025 Season Refresh

We’ve been busy making updates! This year features a brand-new stove, fresh leather seating in the living room, a custom shower, and a newly built bridge over the marsh. We’ve also prioritized your comfort with professional mosquito/tick services and improved road/yard maintenance.

Guest access & Waterfront Details

Enjoy full access to the house, excluding the shed and a locked owner’s closet near the laundry. While the on-site boats are not available for use, the marsh is the perfect spot to launch your own kayak or canoe during your stay.

The upper level features a large great room with gorgeous ocean views, perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. It has a television and ample seating for the whole family, plus a dining area for shared meals.

On the main floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with king beds and one with a twin, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The main floor also has the kitchen, an additional seating area with a television, a full bathroom, and a laundry area.
