The marsh is your backyard—perfect for spotting local wildlife or launching your own kayak or canoe. After a day of exploring, head up to the upper deck to soak in breathtaking views of Little Bay and catch spectacular, uninterrupted sunsets.

The Layout

Main Floor: An open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, full laundry facilities, and a cozy living room with two distinct seating areas (including a streaming-ready TV).
Second Floor: Three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom (Queen) and the second bedroom (Full) both feature window A/C units, while the cozy third bedroom (Full) is equipped with a fan.

Recent Upgrades We are constantly improving the property to ensure a comfortable stay. Recent updates include a brand-new stove, new leather recliner and loveseat, a refreshed custom shower, extensive yard and road cleanup, a newly built bridge over the marsh area, and professional mosquito and tick treatment for your comfort.

Dog-Friendly! Bring your four-legged best friend along for the adventure.

Guest Access: Guests have full run of the house, except for the shed and a locked closet behind the laundry room (used for owner storage). While the owners’ personal boats are not available for guest use, we highly encourage you to bring your own kayaks or canoes to launch directly from the marsh!

				We had a very good time here! I travelled from Keller, TX with my family and were easily able to find the cottage. It is very private and quiet with easy access to the private beach. The house was stocked with essentials and we absolutely enjoyed it. For the price, I’d absolutely do it again. One important recommendation for all, make sure you understand THIS IS A COTTAGE.  Let it come to you and you will have a blast. For the host I’ll recommend maybe more frequent mosquito control, we were around for about a week. It is about a 50 min drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and to downtown Boston. Our  only qualm was we struggled quite a bit with mosquito bites daytime and night time. Overall, we really had a great time, the host was super responsive.Thank you Tina for having us. We’d return any day.

The smaller local beach within walking distance is safe and full of exploration for families with small children, and the expansive town beach provides soft sand with beautiful views of Buzzards Bay.   You'll need to bring beach chairs and umbrellas as necessary, however the home is otherwise provided with ample linens, paper goods, and a fully supplied kitchen. The house is gorgeous and spacious, right in the heart of the island. The little beach and the ocean cream shop are walkable and all the amenities of home are right at your fingertips. We also took several day trips onto the Cape and enjoyed so many adventures. The house is beautifully remodeled with a stunning kitchen, a lovely sitting area, and bright and spacious family room. The bedrooms have plenty of space with a peaceful balcony off the master that boasts views of the water. We can’t recommend Tina and Strawberry Moon highly enough!!!

The house is gorgeous and spacious, right in the heart of the island. The little beach and the ocean cream shop are walkable and all the amenities of home are right at your fingertips. The furniture was comfy the back deck was great and the overall vibe was modern New England which was great. The AC would not turn on and Tina answered our text right way and was over within a half hour and got it running. We had plans in Newport 50m or so to the west and Martha’s Vineyard 55m to the East it was a great mid way point and a walkable Ice Cream parlor was an added bonus. We were a party of 5 for my daughter’s 16th birthday and we had plenty of space. The only negatives I have are the coffee pot is tiny (for non caffeine addicted people it’s prob fine), the shades in the primary bedroom allow in a lot of light very early in the am and the shower water pressure in the morning was better than at night no clue why but manageable. It was a perfect 4 day getaway.

				My stay was wonderful. Tina was extremely friendly and responsive whenever I had any questions that came up. The property itself was very peaceful and in a relaxing neighborhood.

				Walking distance to the beautiful bike trail. This area is so serene. We didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but it served its purpose. Very nicely decorated & the natural lighting in the bathroom is great!
