The home has been recently remodeled and offers a spacious, single-floor layout. In the living room, you’ll find plenty of space to relax, along with a cozy daybed for an extra guest. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and the second bedroom is perfect for a small family with a double and a twin. The bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower and laundry facilities.

Out back, you’ll love the peaceful yard, complete with a deck, a dining table, and a BBQ grill—the perfect spot for a delicious meal or just some quiet lounging. A refreshing outdoor shower is ready for you after a day in the sun.

Speaking of the sun, beach access is just a short walk away. To make your beach experience even better, we’ve included a town beach parking pass—a huge value and convenience! When you’re ready to explore, take a leisurely stroll to the nearby marina and restaurant, or treat yourself to a sweet scoop from the Island Creamery.

			What a gorgeous gem of a find on West Island! We loved Tina’s house - it was just as described. We also appreciated the welcome basket and plenty of Keurig cups for our morning coffee on the back deck. Sweet home, great amenities, near the town beach, and the outdoor shower was a huge plus.Tina was super responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay again!		 - 9/01/2025

			This rental was a 10/10 stay. Me, my husband, and our 2 yr old spent a long weekend to get some beach time in and wow. First of all, the place was immaculate (and I say that as a toddler mom who's child is constantly playing on the floor -clean floors is a must!). The space was spotless & had everything you could need. The house is so close to the beaches, take a quick walk to enjoy the sunset at the north side beach, or a 2 minute drive down the road to the south shore beach which was a PERFECT beach for little kids. Clean, soft sand, ample space, minimal waves, & lifeguards. The location was fantastic,  set in a quiet, safe, & friendly neighborhood but a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, family friendly breweries, playgrounds, museums, you name it! Not to mention it was stunning to see the ocean, take in the fresh air, & see the beautiful planted flowers all from the kitchen table. I wish I had space to write more, we will definitely be back!		 - 8/25/2025

			We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute drive to the beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable. 			What a wonderful home! The living space was well laid out and very comfortable. The outdoor shower was an extra bonus! We enjoyed starting each day with breakfast at the outside table enjoying the water view. 			Absolutely loved the cottage!  So beautifully decorated and so well-equipped.  The view of the water was great and the landscaping was fantastic.  Great petite kitchen!!!  Perfect for our stay — grandmother, me, my two kids. We fought over who could hang out all day on the daybed. Plan to rent it again next year!		 - 7/13/2025

			We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were able to cook meals easily and also enjoyed dining out. 			Tina’s place was fantastic. She is a great host, had everything we needed. Her home was immaculate. The location is awesome if you want to go exploring, you can walk to the beach. It is about 45 min from many popular destinations including Newport, Plymouth, cape cod. Also, only 20 min from the Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket.		 - 6/01/2025

			Truly, one of the most amazing vacation experiences we have enjoyed. Tina's home is well appointed while still feeling open and full of fresh air. Tina made the wntire process, from start to finish, easy and her prompt communication was most appreciated. The view of the water and location allow for admiring nature's gift of sunset.
