Beach Access: Walk to the local association beach, or use the included passes for Swifts Beach and Little Harbor.
Prime Location: Centrally located for easy day trips to Cape Cod & the Islands, Plymouth, Mass Maritime, and King Richard’s Faire.
Good to Know Before You Book:
Stairs Required: The house is raised to protect against high water; guests must climb a full flight of stairs to enter.
Cooling: A central mini-split unit cools the main space. Keep bedroom doors open to allow the cool air to circulate.
Dock Safety: The boardwalk to the dock has a gate (unlocked). The river bottom by the dock consists of deep, soft mud/sand and is not ideal for swimming.

The location is absolutely fabulous and our stay was equally so. The views were gorgeous. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living room was spacious with a stunning view from the bay window. The beach we visited, Little Harbor, included in the beach was incredible, being able to walk out what seemed like hundreds of feet into the bay.Plenty of local restaurants within 10 minutes with delicious New England cuisine. Our host was helpful, responsive, and a delight to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Bay Breeze. The views were breathtaking and house was equipped well. The dock is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Had a great time clamming and hanging out at the beach and were able to do so at the beaches that honor the provided beach pass! Would highly recommend a stay here!

This is an adorable old school cape bungalow. Amazing view of the water and saltwater marshes. The new dock is very nice. Neighboring docks have boats around 22-26’ long. Could potentially access by water. There are no canoes, kayaks or SUPs so bring your own. Perfect spot for this. Absolutely beautiful area to explore in a self propelled boat! The beds are comfortable. The shared living space is nice and large. Screened in porch perfect for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are very nice too.
