This was our second stay at Tina’s place and we plan to return every summer we can. The location is perfect for the kids to walk across to the smaller beach and still be able to come back for lunch. A very cozy home with plenty of space for everyone to relax after a long day at the beach. my favorite part is waking up to look at the ocean with my coffee each morning.

What a gorgeous gem of a find on West Island! We loved Tina’s house - it was just as described. We also appreciated the welcome basket and plenty of Keurig cups for our morning coffee on the back deck. Sweet home, great amenities, near the town beach, and the outdoor shower was a huge plus.Tina was super responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay again!

This rental was a 10/10 stay. Me, my husband, and our 2 yr old spent a long weekend to get some beach time in and wow. First of all, the place was immaculate (and I say that as a toddler mom who's child is constantly playing on the floor -clean floors is a must!). The space was spotless & had everything you could need. The house is so close to the beaches, take a quick walk to enjoy the sunset at the north side beach, or a 2 minute drive down the road to the south shore beach which was a PERFECT beach for little kids. Clean, soft sand, ample space, minimal waves, & lifeguards. The location was fantastic, set in a quiet, safe, & friendly neighborhood but a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, family friendly breweries, playgrounds, museums, you name it! Not to mention it was stunning to see the ocean, take in the fresh air, & see the beautiful planted flowers all from the kitchen table. I wish I had space to write more, we will definitely be back!
