The Space
Upper Level: A massive, light-filled great room designed for gathering. Enjoy panoramic ocean views, a spacious dining area, and plenty of cozy seating for family movie nights.
Main Level: Features three comfortable bedrooms (two King beds, one Twin bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, laundry facilities, and a second cozy living area with a TV.
Outdoor Living: Step outside into the spacious backyard—the ultimate spot for outdoor games, afternoon lounging, and al fresco dining.
Note: To preserve its classic coastal charm, the home does not have central heating or A/C, but the surrounding ocean provides a delightful, natural breeze that keeps the space feeling fresh and cool.

Tina is an excellent host! She answers emails swiftly with suggestions to correct any issues. We stayed at this location last summer and enjoyed it very much. However, it’s all about the beautiful view there. The living room picture window needs to be replaced. The view was restricted which was disappointing. This is not Tina’s fault. The owner needs to do some maintenance before the rental season begins.

Fairview is a wonderful seaside camp, especially for families traveling with a dog. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by neighbors who have been summering on Wilbur’s Point for decades.The house itself is a true step back in time—it hasn’t been updated since the 1970s, and the vintage decor adds to its old-fashioned summer-camp charm. As you’d expect from an older house sitting on piers near the water, there is some evidence of occasional dampness, and we did encounter a few silverfish (small, harmless household insects) tucked away in the crevices. That said, opening the windows to let in the incredible sea breeze quickly freshened the house.What makes Fairview special is the setting, the views, and the large living room is a wonderful place for a family to gather. If you’re looking for a polished, modern beach house, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re looking for an authentic, quiet seaside camp with incredible views and plenty of character, this is the place!

Very nice place. Views of the ocean on three sides. Ocean breezes kept it much cooler than places further inland. A nice addition would be a couple of bicycles - please consider that for the future. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay in Fairhaven. We were traveling with kids, infant, and dog and had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The panoramic views from the upstairs room were fantastic. We enjoyed the small association beach (just bring water shoes) as well as the West Island beach. The neighborhood was low-key and welcoming. I strongly recommend bringing bug spray because the mosquitos were vicious.

We loved our stay in Fairhaven. We were traveling with kids, infant, and dog and had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The panoramic views from the upstairs room were fantastic. We enjoyed the small association beach (just bring water shoes) as well as the West Island beach. The neighborhood was low-key and welcoming. I strongly recommend bringing bug spray because the mosquitos were vicious.
